Designed to refresh the MHFA skills that delegates have previously learnt during a Mental Health First Aid or MHFA Champions course. The course covers a range of activities and group discussions to reflect and build upon knowledge previously gained of MHFA skills.

The course is best suited to delegates who completed their original course 1- 3yrs ago, for those who trained before that we would recommend redoing the Mental Health First Aid course to fully refresh your skills.
