If we need to cancel
If for any reason we need to cancel your course date we will offer the choice of either a full refund or transfer to any future date with available spaces.
If you need to cancel
We completely understand that life happens and something may come up so you can no longer attend your booked course, we will try to be as accommodating as possible. If you cancel more than 3 weeks ahead of a course we can offer to move you onto another course with no additional fee or offer a full refund.
Course spaces canceled less than 3 weeks but more than 24 hours ahead of a course will be offered a space on any future course with available spaces, if this doesn’t suit we will provide a voucher code to book onto another of our courses valid for 12 months.
Course canceled less than 24 hours before will unfortunately not be offered a refund and an alternate date isn’t guaranteed.

Completing the course
When booking onto a course that is running across more than one session please note all live sessions and any individual learning set needs to be completed in order to receive a certificate of completion. If you start the course and are unable to complete the set sessions we will do our best to accommodate you on a future course but there are no guarantees and you will still be charged for the full course.
